We made and installed a channel letter sign for AS Aerospace in Santa Clarita. They needed an exterior sign for their new building and they wanted to display their logo. As you can see from the photo, this was a fairly large sign that we needed to install with a crane due to the height of the sign location.
This is a channel letter sign where the faces light up at nighttime. The reason we made a channel letter sign for this client was because they wanted the sign to be seen at nighttime, and being able to see the details of the logo and its colors was an important factor to the client. A channel letter sign is a hollow metal letter that you can put LEDs inside of. This sign we made is a front-lit channel letter sign so the faces are translucent. Whether your logo has a gradient like this one or solid letters, we can make signs that are true to your logo.
We can also do reverse lighting where the letters are all opaque except for the back. These letters can be custom painted whatever color you want, we just need the paint color from you. Reverse-lit channel letters are also popular, but you need to keep in mind that the color of the sign cannot be seen well at nighttime. You can use different LED colors, but if your logo has a lot of colors that are important to your branding, front-lit channel letters or compound channel letters are probably the best choices. Compound channel letters have both front and reverse lighting and different colors can be used for the front and back.
