Beverlywood is a neighborhood in the west side of Los Angeles that was developed in 1940. The neighborhood consists of 1,354 single family homes, and was one of the first neighborhoods in the Los Angeles area to have binding CC&Rs. The Beverlywood Homes Association reached out to us for some signs they wanted to update around the neighborhood. In the past, we’ve worked with Beverlywood Homes Association for signage for Circle Park where we made new letters for the monument sign and numerous signs around the park.

For this project, we made a total of 11 sets of neighborhood identification signs in two different sizes to be installed all around the neighborhood. They had existing signs, but they had been up for a while and were in need of an upgrade. We also upgraded the existing posts that the signs were to be installed onto. We used vinyl post sleeved to go over the existing metal posts, and included round finials for the top of each post.

The new signs do a great job of identifying the neighborhood, making people feel at home, and remind those on the road to drive carefully. Are you looking for some custom exterior signage for your business or organization? Contact us today to get started on your custom signs.
