The frosted glass look is very popular for many different businesses. it can be used for storefronts, interior glass walls, windows, glass doors, and more. We recently did some interior sign work for Williams Financial Management in Sherman Oaks, California that included a lobby sign and wall graphics. While we were working on those, the client also wanted to add some window vinyl for the interior. Many offices will have glass doors or walls, especially in conference rooms. But if you want to add a little more privacy while keeping the glass walls, some businesses will opt for frosted glass. Frosted glass can look great, however, it is very permanent and expensive. We offer a less expensive alternative which is etched vinyl.
Etched vinyl is a translucent vinyl that looks like frosted glass. Due to the fact that vinyl comes in rolls, there is a size restriction in one direction, but in the other direction, we can span a long distance without any seams. Vinyl application is still very particular, but it is still easier than replacing entire walls in your office.
Vinyl sticks to any flat surface, so it goes directly onto the glass. We covered the window next to the lobby door, the walls of the conference room, and four office windows with etched vinyl. Aside from etched vinyl, you can also get full window graphics where we digitally print your artwork on opaque or perforated vinyl to cover the entire window. We also do cut vinyl work which does not cover the entire window and can be used to display your logo, a menu, your business hours, or anything else you would like to have displayed.
Window graphics are very versatile, and at Resource 4 Signs they are completely customizable. Check out some of our past window graphic work here.
