We recently made and installed a vehicle wrap and perforated window vinyl for our returning customers, Screenmobile. Vehicle wraps are a big commitment which is why we make sure that the design looks exactly the way you want before we even start making it. Before the fabrication process, there are a lot of things to go over.
The Vehicle
Proofing
Once we go over pricing, we move onto the actual design of the wrap. Screenmobile already knew what they wanted to display so we laid the information out in a rendering to see if they liked how it looked.
The design for the sides of the truck include their company information, their tagline, and a few images to show the business services. In the earlier proofs, the images were in the same position so it looked the same from both sides. However, they decided that it would look better if everything was mirrored so we switched things around and sent them a new proof.
At the front and back end, they wanted a gradient texture of a screen to add a nice background that helped further explain what their business offers. We displayed the tagline again on the back of the truck, however it didn’t leave enough room to display their phone number again so we decided to utilize the back window also.
Fabrication
Once the proof is approved by the customer, we start printing. All of the vinyl we used aside from what was on the window is Avery Vehicle Wrap that we digitally printed onto and laminated with Avery Gloss Overlaminate. The back window is digitally printed perforated window vinyl.
The existing white color of the car worked well with the design they wanted since the background of the wrap was white, and the blue font stands out well to attract a lot of attention while the truck is being driven to jobs.
Check out our website to see other full wraps and partial wraps we’ve done. The amount of the vehicle that gets covered is completely customizable and since everything is digitally printed, we can display any information, color, or image you would like.
